Atticus grinned as he stood on top of one of the larger buildings, looking out over the battleground. He sighed as his gaze swept across the battlefield, scanning for his opponent. "This better be a challenge..." he muttered as he turned and sat on the opposite edge of the building. He was not yet in his armor but he would have time to prepare so it didn't much matter. Atticus didn't plan on doing anything later anyway.

Destiny was already at the battlefield ontop of a decent sized building. Not in her DA yet, she eyed Atticus carefully as her two pigtails flew with the wind. She merely stood there, until he would be able to see her... He seemed eager to have a fight with Destiny, and she too, was somewhat eager to get this over with. Her bangs fell over her face as she awaited for his attention to be directed towards her. He was on the edge of the building, and Destiny could have easily just pushed him off without him even knowing. But then again, Destiny didn't believe in 'fighting dirty'.

Atticus had seen her and grinned as he called out, "Shall we begin?" he didn't wait for an answer as he ran and leaped off the building he was on. He soared down in a swan dive, his armor forming itself over his body. Atticus hit the ground with a loud thud and as the dust cleared he stood up, looking up at the building Destiny was on.

Destiny jumped off the building as she didn't really care how she fell. Her DA formed on her as she was falling towards the Earth's surface. Her pigtails flew up as she was falling down, and she landed swiftly on her feet as she resumed a defending stance. "Go." She stated in an emotionless tone as her left foot was slightly in front of her right, awaiting for him to make a move.

"As you wish," Atticus said, his voice becoming darker and harsher as he prepared for what he hoped would be a nice, long, and challenging fight. He charged at her and feigned a kick to the side of her with his left leg, at the last second shifted his weight sharply and aimed his right leg at her feet. If the attack succeded she would be off-balance and then he would strike out with a vicious snap-kick to the chest.

His body movements screamed out 'FAKE' towards Destiny. Ignoring his first move, she concentrated on his next attack. If he was anything like Destiny, it would be a kick... ...But where? At the last second, she finally knew. Her feet. Getting off balance for a minute, she kept her eyes focused on Atticus. Reading his next move, a snap-kick, she grabbed it with both her hands, and flung him towards a building. It was his choice whether or not he would stop himself before he crashes into it or not. Standing perfectly still, Destiny is no beginner... His first mistake, was challenging her in the first place.

Atticus sailed calmly through the air. At least she was skilled enough to see his feign attack coming and react appropriately, maybe this fight would not be a complete waste of his time. His foot lashed out behind him, stopping him briefly as he did a small backflip and landed realtively unharmed. Atticus charged her again, leaping towards her but instead of striking he rebounded off a building to her right. This brought him at an angle to the back right side of her head. He quickly lased out with a vicious kick. If this attack worked he would follow it up with a knee to the base of her spine and then two punches to her kidneys. After that he would attack with an elbow right at the base of her neck.

Feeling a brush of air surpass her, two options came into mind. He would, A, either attack her from behind, or B, he would fake again. Since he chose to do an arial attack, Destiny knew that the option was none other then, A. She wouldn't have enough time to block his attack, so instead, she dropped to the ground in an angle so he would not hit her, nor drop on top of her. Positioning herself so that she was on her back, Destiny shifted her weight into her hands and pushed herself off of the ground, intending to catch Atticus' upper body in a double-kick, first using her left leg, and then her right. Using the kick as leverage (if it managed to hit), Destiny would then land on her hands and feet and stand up, regaining her balance.
